Established way back in 1999, Hanby Welding & Engineering has become a leading provider of welding and fabrication services in Cairns and Australia wide.

Ron and Deanna completed their apprenticeships in a NSW government agency, where Ron discovered a passion and talent for pressure and certified welding. Deanna was drawn to electrical work and together, they moved to Cairns to put their skills to work for themselves.

From starting out as a mobile service, we’ve grown considerably over the years in terms of the clients we help and the services we provide—including welding and fabrication. With our current team of certified and specialised welders, we pride ourselves on being able to weld what the others can’t.
